After meeting a few of our reader friends last night in São Paulo, we had another early start to get to the airport for a flight back to Rio.

You can see the guys were taking it easy in massage chairs, and I couldn’t help thinking of Joey and Chandler in friends with their Lazyboy chairs. ‘How YOU doin’?’

Stu and I snuck into Saraiva bookshop at the airport and signed the copies they had of UNDEFEATED \IMBATIVEL. The woman working there was so excited to have her picture taken with us (which means Stu). He made her day 😊

Waiting around at airports is never fun, but I took the opportunity to talk more to Gergo. Not only is he a fitness trainer in Brighton, UK, but he’s just started his own fitness clothing company, ‘Aesthetic Culture’ where the material is ethically sourced from bamboo. Yep, bamboo. I didn’t know that was possible, but it looks great.

One day, he’d like to be able to organize retreats for people where they can workout, learn more about healthy eating, and generally unplug from life for a while. It would be great if he can make that happen.

We land in Rio and finally, FINALLY, I’m reunited with my suitcase. Soooo happy.

The weather in Rio is hot again, at about 26oC or 75oF, so it’s time to break out the shorts and flipflops again. My husband tells me that back home it’s cold and raining. Perhaps I should feel guilty… I feel guilty for leaving my little dog behind because how do you explain how long you’ll be gone? “Ten big darks and I’ll be home.”

My Brazilian writer friend Martinha (MS Fayes) has been teaching me a little more about the culture and some useul phrases too.

A cute guy is ‘gato’ but a hot guy is ‘gastudo’. I guess that could come in handy. Here she is making Stu laugh.

Stu and Gergo have already found the gym and are trying to persuade us to join them at 6am before breakfast. Nice try, guys!!

The food situation is reaching critical level – I should have brought clothes in a bigger size. Why does everything have to look and taste so good?

Monday we travel to the Brazilian ‘St Tropez’ where the guys will do one of their photoshoots. I’m expecting thongs on the beach. Not me, hell no! But perky arses are sure to be on display.

After talking to Gergo, I think it would be interesting to do interviews with the guys and the authors I’m traveling with, so look out for that later.

Ciao Ciao (tchau tchau) as they say here.

Today has been a day of contrasts. We left behind the beautiful lush scenery of Iguacu Falls and headed to the city of São Paulo.

The flight was delayed by an hour but I’m getting used to that.

I was surprised how green the city seemed from the air, sitting in a ring of low mountains, but it’s massive, with a population of 12 million. The traffic was incredible – solid 8 lines all going in the same direction at a snail’s pace. We later learn it’s because the river had flooded so diversions are in place.

It was so cool to meet up with Brazilian authors Paola Scott and M. S. Fayes who have become friends. Martinha speaks good English but to speak to the other lovely people, Google Translate was my friend.

First stop was the Rua de Arte, a kind of grafitti heaven where the incredible artwork is displayed on the walls, quite literally.

Time to be silly, time to have fun and explore a little more of this side of Brazilian culture. There were pop culture references and cartoons next to political statements. One image was entitled ‘the death of democracy’.

Next stop was the incredible Mercado Municipal (market) where it was a real foodie heaven, with hundreds of stalls loaded with the freshest fruits, dried fruits, nuts, fish and lots and lots of meat.

Brazilians love their meat and following a vegetarian diet isn’t always easy. I’m a little worried about Gergo who is vegan, so I stock up on nuts and dried fruits for him. He’s a big guy – I hope that’s enough.

Stu and Fran have been photographing the street life around them, and these beautiful night shots are Stu’s.

In the middle of our market tour, I went to sign in with my husband and let him know that I was still alive. Carol Dias, one of the lovely Gift Box ladies and also an author followed me out. She was concerned that it isn’t the best area and I definitely look like a tourist!

The dark note continued as we drove back to our smart, modern hotel. We passed whole streets of homeless people, making up their beds for the night with cardboard and sleeping bags. Some had no shoes, and there were children, too. That was hard to see. Apparently they come to the city looking for work, but there aren’t the Jobs here in the present economy. There doesn’t seem to be much help from the government either. And like all big cities the world over, there’s a drug problem.

When we arrive back at the hotel, I finally got to hug Gergo again, and his beautiful girlfriend Vivien. Sorry, ladies – he’s taken!

Dinner was a fun event, with three different languages being spoken. Isn’t it incredible that our book Family can be a reality when we live thousands of miles apart and don’t even speak to the same language. Wonderful!

REVIEW BLITZ ~ ENGAGED TO THE EMT by Piper Rayne

Today we are delighted to be sharing ENGAGED TO THE EMT by Piper Rayne

A Sexy FAKE RELATIONSHIP rom com standalone written by a duo of two USA Bestselling Authors

Luca Bianco is a jerk. There I said it.

He thinks he’s so suave and sexy, walking around in his paramedic uniform stretched out by all his hard muscles and saving lives every day. I swear he thinks every woman in the world would kill for a chance to be with him.

Men like Luca are good for one thing only—a one-night stand—not commitment. I don’t care if my friend did pay good money at a charity bachelor auction for me to go on a date with him, I refuse to do it.

That is until Luca offers me a deal I can’t refuse, and I agree to be his pretend fiancé.

The heat that’s simmered between us for a decade ignites and I’m not sure even Luca will be able to kickstart my heart after I call code blue.

What’s that saying? Love is blind?

Not true. I can see this head-on collision coming a mile away.

Holy Moly! These Bianco brothers need to come with a warning label. Hot blooded Italian men with more oomph than a stampeding herd of elephants. Finally we get the book of the baby of the family, Luca. His ma’s favourite baby boy, the one who’s reckless and very carefree; maybe too reckless at times. His latest stunt came as no surprise to this reader; he would hate to disappoint his family.

Lauren has hate/hate feelings when it comes to Luca. All this revolves around childhood receptions. Lauren is very much a take charge and independent woman who won’t live her life by anyone else’s rules.

“You would’ve hurt me. Dating you would have been like signing up to get my heart broken”

Like any other book by these authors, there is comedy and there is seriousness. Family is an integral part of this series, be it by blood or by choice. The front that people show versus their real selves can cause so many bumps in the road. Along the way in this book, this very issue bites one particular character square in the bum.

The continuing question of who is setting the vacant warehouse fires continues on in this instalment and the answers are finally revealed. Thank you, ladies.

Once the heat and passion of these two got going it was hot and heavy for a considerable amount of pages and I was not sorry about that for one minute. The scorched the pages. Piper and Rayne are able to create such deeply rooted and emotionally feeling characters. Luca and Lauren were people I could relate to and was cheering for. Considering their past and the differences they fit together effortlessly.

I truly enjoyed visiting with the Bianco’s and their wonderful ladies. Well done ladies and thank you again.

The light from the street reflects the humor shining in his eyes. “I’m just sick of the fighting.”
“Fighting is what we do best. It’s basically how we communicate.” Then all the puzzle pieces join together in my head. I’m so stupid. “You want something.”
We pull up in front of my house just as I realize what a fucking moron I am.
“Nope.” He takes the keys, grabs the bag of food and gets out of the car.
He’s totally playing me. I might not be a psychologist who can quickly spot a liar, but Luca, I know too well. Not well, but when it comes to our interactions—I know him. And this nice Luca, taking me to a Hawks game, buying me dinner, wanting to eat with me…this isn’t the Luca Bianco I know.
I climb out of his car, the slam of the door echoing down the dark residential street. “Tell me what it is you want.”
His lips remain straight, not even a hint of a smile or smirk.
Another clear sign that this isn’t the Luca I know.
“Come on. Let’s eat.” He nods in the direction of my house.
“By prolonging whatever it is, you’re just pissing me off, which means if you need something, I’m more than likely going to say no. Or we could play a little game…”
“How about we eat?” He waits patiently as I insert the key into my door, disengage the alarm that Cristian, Luca’s brother insisted we get installed.
Police officers. Jeez.
We step inside and he’s the one to shut the door and flick the lock.
“Planning to have your way with me?” I’m not serious as I walk into the kitchen to grab us some drinks, utensils, and napkins.
The sound of the television blaring drifts into the kitchen seconds later.
With my hands full, I head back into the living room. “Feel free to make yourself at home,” I deadpan, handing Luca a Vitamin Water and a napkin.
“Thanks.” He lifts the napkin and drink. “And thanks.”
We sit on the couch because although our house is nice and newly redecorated thanks to Maddie’s mad skills, the family room area is small and the best place to see the television is the couch. No worries though, there’s still a cushion between us.
I open up my box of food, a little bit of steam hitting my face. “I can’t just sit here and watch soccer with you and not know what you want.”
I hate that I’ve had to resort to being sincere in my request.
He opens up his own box and I’m a tad jealous I didn’t get the burger. It smells and looks delicious.
Luca doesn’t respond, just stands and heads into the kitchen.
He knows our house way too well thanks to his brothers always suggesting we meet here when we go out.
I pop a cauliflower floret into my mouth, tasting the Korean flavor makes my mouth water. Opening up my Vitamin Water to cool my tongue, I ignore Luca’s return, instead, fixating on the television as he rounds the coffee table in front of me. The couch dips with the weight of his body which is now closer than before.
I’ve never been alone with Luca, much less this close. I feel a shift in our volatile relationship like the stillness before a storm. It’s too quiet. It’s too calm. Too…enjoyable.
“Here.” My gaze shifts from the television, although I couldn’t tell you the score of the game and I see he’s holding half his burger out to me.
“What’s this?” I ask, loading my mouth with another califloret.
Man, it’s hot.
“I think you had a little bit of drool dripping from your mouth when I opened the container. How about we share?”
He smiles. A smile I’ve only ever seen on his face with his friends, or his brothers, and especially his mom. He doesn’t even wear this smile when he’s with girls. At least not that I’ve ever seen. That fact runs around my stomach stirring up the butterflies to max flight.
I don’t like this.
It’s too damn calm.
Where are the eighty mile per hour winds?
“Luca, if you don’t tell me what you want, I’m going to kick you out of my house.” I take half the burger and slide my cauliflower and fries closer to him as an offering.
“You can’t just wait?” he asks, seeming disappointed.
“HA!” I point to him with a greasy finger. “You do want something from me. Tell me what it is.”
“You’re ridiculous you know that, right? A normal person would wait.”
I shake my head. “No, they wouldn’t.”
See, this feels good. This feels right.
“LUCA!” I scream.
He blows out a breath. “Fine. I need a favor from you.”

BLOG TOUR ~ A GENTLEMAN FOR CHRISTMAS by Prescott Lane

A gentleman can’t always follow the rules.

Today we are thrilled to be on tour with A Gentleman for Christmas, an all-new standalone contemporary romance by Prescott Lane!

AGFC_ebook_amazon_kobo_ibooks.jpg

Some say “chivalry is dead.”

I don’t think so. Most women I know like a gentleman.

Protective, opens doors, treats women with respect, typically follows the rules.

But a gentleman doesn’t fall for his best friend’s woman. Current or ex.

And that’s what I’ve done.

During the Christmas season of all times — that magical time for decorations, gifts, family . . .

Yes, the girl who was off-limits for so long, who I’ve loved all my life, has come back in town and possibly back to me.

I can’t follow the gentleman rules this time. There’s too much at stake. I let her go once. I won’t let her go again.

What happens under the mistletoe, stays under the mistletoe.

Or does it?

What a delightful Christmas read. In fact, it’s one of those books you’ll pick up, won’t want to put down and have even less desire for it to end. The title couldn’t have been more apt, seeing as the male protagonist is just that, the perfect and chivalrous gentleman. And the cover! Isn’t it gorgeous? This is the second book I’ve read by Lane and can’t tell you how impressed I am by her creative writing.

Jax Teigan has it all. Or does he? Successful and drop-dead gorgeous, a true ladies’ man who’d mastered gentleman’s rules, even made it his business. But does what he preach work for him? Women flock to his seminars eager to learn what’s missing in their lives, how to make it better and believe in themselves. He is a star, a truly magnificent speaker that draws in the crowd with his charm; nonetheless, would he be able to abide by his own rules?

‘I’m the gentleman behind the handbook, but I don’t have a damn clue.’

Hmm…an interesting question considering the one woman who’s been filling his thoughts since just about forever is beyond a pact’s boundaries. Will he or won’t he break it and if so, could he lose both of his best friends in the process? One of them has been left in the dark which makes it all that more interesting. Not surprisingly, this causes confusion as the whole situation is far from clear. Jax’s loyalties are divided, his dilemma intriguing, and I loved how the author made me doubt whether his childhood sweetheart would succumb to his gentle persuasion. Does Jax throw caution to the wind and confess his true feeling? One-click and you’ll find out!

“A man’s refusal to love you back or make a commitment has nothing to do with you.”

Skylar’s returns to her roots for Christmas and she’s not exactly in the celebrating mood! I have no wish to tell you why, but I will say the last person she expects to see just happens to be the first to greet her. It’s difficult not to like this gal. She’d made a decision long ago, it didn’t turn out how she thought it would, and she’s running scared. Her wariness to get involved I found understandable, her inner-strength nothing less than admirable.

“Don’t you know you’re unbreakable?”

A second chance romance at its very best, Lane’s shaped a narrative overflowing with playful banter, built up flirty tension and racy scenarios which made this story a really engaging one. Her protagonists are easy to invest in, their emotional connection off the charts. Told in first-person from a dual point of view, reading about their past shenanigans got me chuckling to myself. Spot on supporting character development; their flaws, strengths and weaknesses included tied up the story neatly. I would have liked it to be a little longer but all said and done, it is an Xmas novella. Bravo Lane!

“Thou shalt not covet thy neighbor’s wife.”Otherwise known as the original bros before hoes commandment.I’m not advocating calling women hoes. It’s an expression, so put away your Encyclopedia of Political Correctness. There are rules in life. The Ten Commandments were just the beginning. We have rules for everything. How to drive. How to dress. How to walk across the damn street. So why not rules for love? That’s how all this started — a set of rules between my buddies and me.The Bro Code.

Obviously, bros before hoes is rule one. We vowed never to let a girl come between us, which meant if one of us liked a girl, she was forever off limits.

Little did I know our teenage pact would launch my multi-million dollar career. A little tweaking here and some socially acceptable rewording there and The Gentleman’s Handbook was born.

I’ve written books and given seminars on everything from how to find love, to how to propose, to how to have a successful long-distance relationship. You name it, and I’ve got rules for it. Personally, I’ve never been much of a rule follower, but that’s my little secret.

The funny thing is I’ve never been in love. Well, there is this one girl, but we won’t talk about her. It does no good to think about someone you can’t have and never will.

My lack of emotional commitment hasn’t slowed down my career one bit. Currently, I have two books on the New York Times Best Sellers List. My seminars sell out like a Drake concert.

I always find it interesting that the rules started between a group of male friends, but it’s mostly women that come to hear me speak. Occasionally, you see the poor sap boyfriend who was dragged along to listen, but for the most part it’s all women.

This time of the year is no exception. December first until January first is important for guys. Holidays are big for a lot of couples. If you don’t know what you’re doing for your lady, you better figure it out and fast. In fact, my rule is that you should be paying attention all year long.

Trust me on this. If you remember something she mentioned she liked three months ago and surprise her with it at Christmas, she’ll spread her legs before Santa even has time to slide down the chimney. Let’s be honest, that is always at least part of the goal for guys.

So my current work in progress tackles Christmas. A how-to guide for the holidays.

The Gentleman’s Rules for Christmas.

~~ Alone and grieving, I considered allowing Hope’s parents to take care of Poppy, to raise her as their daughter. Seeing her there in the hospital so helpless, a small, motherless bundle, terrified me. I could have walked away.
I did not.
Almost four years ago, I had to dig deep, contain the fear shredding my confidence and get through, because some days that’s all it was—getting through.
During that first month when I’d held Poppy in my arms, I trembled, so scared I would drop her, feed her the wrong formula, dress her too warmly… and changing those nappies! Jesus Christ! The bloody smell had me keeling over.
Some days I fell to my knees, overwhelmed by what could only be described as a baptism in fire. But I’d do it all again in a heartbeat. I made the right decision, the only possible decision any father could make—to raise her as best I could.
Harriet also ventured into the unknown. It takes a special kind of fear to force a person to leave behind what they once loved the most; to consider the unknown a better option than facing up to what you have come to know as your family.
I had to know why.
I kicked off my jeans, my T-shirt, and climbed into bed.
It was going to be a long night. ~~

5 Stars ~ Reviewed by Sharon Thérèse at KFF

It was either switching the light off and getting through the following day wondering how The Darkest Corners would pan out or reading it through the night. I chose the latter and had no regrets over lost sleep. Left speechless, hopefully I’ll be able to put together a few coherent words for this page-turner of a psychological thriller which isn’t just gripping as it is heart-stopping. My advice. Don’t let this stand-alone slip under your radar and starting it in the evening is at your own risk. Why, you might ask? This must-read that left me guessing throughout is deeply absorbing and the characters so complex, I felt as if my reasoning was being tested! In a nutshell, my thoughts were all over the place when I finished and I couldn’t have been more awake.

Ooh boy, did Maxwell Grant fool me or what! In fact, the sad part was he’d been torturing himself for four years. Successful artist and single dad, he’d lost his art mojo and hadn’t touched a paint brush since a traumatic happening caused a loss of interest in just about everything. Even his lively daughter couldn’t get him out of his slump. Then a finding piqued his curiosity. What he did with it I’d define as a tad stalkerish, invading the privacy of someone who seemed to me to be a victim, perhaps survivor would be a better word. Was I off the mark though? Well, what I read devastated me and although him intruding didn’t feel right, it was by no means malicious. And I was still no nearer the target.I liked Max a hell of a lot, felt awfully sorry for him and in spite of the fact that he doubted his parenting which to my mind of thinking, was more than adequate, his relationship with Poppy simply melted my heart. An endearing child if ever there were one, her delightful quirks not only lightened up the story but also made me grin from ear-to-ear. The detail used in her persona is nothing less than outstanding. Poppy’s mannerisms; her giggles and chatter, her dress and footwear sense literally bowled me over.

Max’s best friend gave him a warning. He’d either have to stop being impertinent in art class and offer his students words of encouragement or lose his job. Making an effort to change his attitude was positive all round. There was a stirring of excitement in the classroom, I enjoyed his well-thought-out remarks, observing how his social skills improved and honestly thought Max’s life was taking a turn for the better. Wrong again! This would be the beginning of an emotional and painful rollercoaster ride of deceit, a loop of lies entwined in the darkest corners of betrayal.

Harriet/Harry Harper. Hmm…to the likes of me and definitely Max, she was that ray of sunshine missing, what he needed and been waiting for. But at times, pieces of her puzzling past didn’t quite ring true with me. That shouldn’t have been so because she gave me no cause to think otherwise. Perhaps it was me being too impatient since spending time trying to suss out plots is my thing. I have to say I had no problems connecting with this outgoing, attractive gal trying to get on in life. I felt she deserved the best; however, wait for the bombshell…the drop literally floored me. And get this. The least of the author’s intentions were letting her readers off easily and she complicated matters more with revelations I, for one, never saw coming! The cadence of the story changed its rhythm; had me sitting on the edge of my seat, figuratively speaking of course, and the incredibly visual narrative made me gasp into my pillow.

The author’s created superb characters, her storyline which is masterfully paced (skipping a sentence or two won’t even cross your mind), is unique. Told in first-person past tense, you’ll be in for a surprize regarding the narrative, too. She’s laid down a solid foundation in the first half a dozen chapters; hence, the lack of dialogue in them. It wasn’t missed at all, the rest of the book giving me enough to get myself totally lost in the players’ words. The further I got into the story, every layer revealed had more depth with even more intrigue, and I can’t tell you how enthralled I was by it all. Therefore, I can safely say that this read is the best thriller I’ve read this year. And why I hadn’t discovered Jamesson’s writing before is beyond me. Bravo!

Due to surviving a life-changing event, budding artist Maxwell Grant hadn’t picked up a paint brush or engaged with another woman for the past four years. What had happened caused him to live in torture, but then a conflict of wills begins when he finds a journal belonging to Harriet Harper, a woman who attends his night school class.

Max battles with the idea of reading the journal or handing it back to Harriet, but his curiosity wins and what he reads has him so shocked that this woman has endured so much in her life. Getting close to her by the words written has him developing feelings for her, which could be a dangerous game. The one thing Max must do is make sure lines don’t get blurred and ensure that his 4-year-old daughter, Poppy is protected. When a dangerous character makes an appearance, it is a game of cat and mouse. Who is telling the truth and will Max be able to handle a very difficult situation he finds himself in?Max is a very complex character and once I started peeling away his the layers, I found myself being drawn to him and his wretchedness. The relationship he has with his daughter was a very sweet and Poppy is a very cute little pink princess. She clearly loves her daddy to bits and also she seems to connect to Harriet which was really endearing. Harriet was very hard to read. I was quite intrigued by this mysterious woman and desperate to see where this was all going to lead to.

The writing throughout was exquisite and I couldn’t put this book down. Also, I urged a book buddy to catch up with me as I needed to speak to somebody about this story. The twists and turns had me gasping and saying oh my goodness through most of the chapters. I would read a part and think I knew where it was leading to only to be thrown of course and discover it was something I never saw coming. The suspense is so thrilling, and I found myself shouting at my kindle as if I was in some sort of car crash that was going in slow motion. I couldn’t believe some of the choices Max was making and all the time I kept thinking about the effect his actions would have on Poppy.

Even if you have never dipped your toe in this genre. I would highly recommend that you do. Personally, I love psychological suspense stories, and nobody will be disappointed with this story, especially if your heart melts at a single father with such a cute daughter who will touch your heart from the first page of their interaction. To sum up; heartfelt, dramatic, scary and romantic, I haven’t stopped thinking about The Darkest Corners since I closed on the last chapter.

“Drew?” I said into the darkness. “Indiana Andrew McCaffrey, stop fucking with me. I’m in no mood.”

My eyes adjusted. I stepped farther in, letting my hand drift over the counter edge. They’d changed it to cheap flipper granite. The cabinets were presswood veneer. But still, I touched them as if they were original Douglas fir and my name was Cin.

“Margaret.”

His voice didn’t surprise me. I didn’t jump ten feet or stiffen with shock when I saw his silhouette against the doorframe. Hearing him was a relief. The binds keeping my shit together weren’t unknotted completely, but they loosened. I hadn’t felt tense in a long time because I was so used to being in a state of taut readiness.

“Indy.”

His stage name came from my lips without a thought.

“I’m glad you came.”

Sixteen years, and he was glad I came. Fuck him.

Meet CD Reiss

CD Reiss is a New York Times bestseller. She still has to chop wood and carry water, which was buried in the fine print. Her lawyer is working it out with God but in the meantime, if you call and she doesn’t pick up she’s at the well hauling buckets.

Born in New York City, she moved to Hollywood, California to get her master’s degree in screenwriting from USC. In case you want to know, that went nowhere but it did give her a big enough ego to write novels.

She’s frequently referred to as the Shakespeare of Smut which is flattering but hasn’t ever gotten her out of chopping that cord of wood.

If you meet her in person, you should call her Christine.

So when her professor father finds her a job abroad as a research assistant the summer before she starts her master’s program, she sees her chance. She’s got one night in London to lose her V-card to a Mr. Darcy lookalike before she has to join some ancient professor in the country…
Misadventures is a romantic series of spicy standalone novels, each written or co-written by some of the best names in romance. The stories are scandalous, refreshing, and, of course, incredibly sexy. They’re the perfect bedside read, a ‘quick blush’ for the reader who loves a page-turning romance.

I, personally, would not have called this story a misadventure, more like a thrill-seeking adventure that will leave you panting for more.

Oliver Graeme, but let’s call him professor. Austere, handsome, broody and very much focused on his work. Very much set in his ways with a passion for kink that he kept hidden even from himself.

Amanda was her name but she went by the name of Zandy. Smart, gorgeous, far from home and a virgin. A title that she wanted to lose. She had one night before she went to work for a friend of her fathers, and it was a night that she would lose all of her inhibitions and discover things about herself that even she never knew.

When these two characters came together the chemistry and attraction was instantaneous. Oliver had issues with letting himself enjoy his sexual preferences due to a former flame’s inability to realise there was nothing wrong with what he enjoyed. Her words had pierced him to the core, leaving him haunted by the words she uttered.

Was Zandy going to be his saviour, enjoying the spankings that Oliver would deliver on a regular basis? Her feelings for him was growing and unbeknownst to Zandy, Oliver’s were too. Yet he was still afraid to let himself feel more, afraid of being rejected. Can Zandy help him to understand that there is nothing wrong with his personal preferences if two consulting adults are in agreement? Will this couple get there happy after, or will they forever be destined to be alone?

This book was what I call a Sierra Simone Classic. Beautifully written with a depth of passion and understanding. No subject is taboo. Just the enjoyment of two consulting adults. Never be afraid to enjoy the simple pleasures in life. I would highly recommend this book if you enjoy a little kink, passion and an overall bloody good read. The story flowed throughout and the passion in this book was off the charts. Congratulations to the author.

Meet Sierra

Sierra is a voracious reader of all things including the smuttiest smut, young adult, piles of non-fiction for research, and everything Bill Bryson (especially on audio).

She loves writing the dirtiest things that she can think of, King Arthur, sparkling water, Tarot, coffee, leggings, and learning new words daily.

Her previous jobs have included firing ceramics, teaching living history lessons in one-room school house in full, 1908-approved school marm attire, and working as a librarian for several years—not in that order

She lives in the Kansas City area with her hot cop husband, two children, and two giant dogs. (And two cats, but they’re so naughty we don’t talk about them.)

The social media she cares about the most are Spotify and (her very very NSFW) Tumblr. Following her in those places is a true love language, indeed.
