We are delighted to be on tour with K A Graham’s all-new dark contemporary romance,
ESCAPE THE NIGHT
The Sparrow and The Raven Novella
The hardest prison to escape is your mind.
My brother was always the smart one. The one people turned to when they needed guidance and comfort. I looked up to him my whole life. He was my best friend. He had his demons, but so did I.
Until the night my wife was taken away from me and my world crumbled to the ground. Where was he then? He became the face of the man that murdered my wife. All I saw was an enemy, no longer my brother.
It took me years to come to terms with my wife’s death and the fact that Dominic really wasn’t to blame.
I never dreamt I’d find love again, but then I met Morgan. She’s crept into my heart, and there was no way to escape, nor do I want to.
Do I continue to live for my deceased wife, or do I finally open myself up for a second chance at love?

Tyler Barnes what a broken man he became. Unlike whilst reading the prequel to Escape The Night, we saw the former happy and sated side of Tyler Barnes. A man who had demons but had found the sun to his moon, I knew at some point we would crash into the present where his reason for being would be torn from him. When that came, it broke something not just inside Tyler but also in me. This author threw him into a scenario nobody wishes to ever experience first-hand and it was done so well I cannot applaud her enough.
‘I long to live a normal life, whatever that may be, but I’m also scared to death to leave the security of these four walls I’ve become accustomed to. It’s funny how we say prisoners are institutionalised, but what about the crazies like me? We’re the ones who are literally institutionalised.’
Angry at the world and at his big brother Dominic for his perceived wrong doings that fateful night; Tyler is full of rage and darkness. In enters Morgan, the one person currently who can see into Tyler and not just see his current incarnation but who he was and even who he can become. Knowing the path he travels and the fragility of life Morgan becomes the maiden who can soothe the savage beast and soothe him she does.
Escape The Night wasn’t a book of insta-lust or even insta-love, thankfully, this would never have worked when it came down to these two destroyed characters. The book moves through time, jumping forward enough so that there is marked improvement but not at the cost of reader enjoyment or understanding.
The romance is slow burning but is off the charts hot when the crazy smex scenes roll in. Who can forget them, my Kindle got hotter just at the mere thought of the words.
Dominic and Isabella both have page time in this book and how could I forget Miss Raelynn. Bat crazy and as loyal as they come, Raelynn was a favourite of mine in the first book and in this release she just surpasses every thought or expectation I have of her. Everyone needs a Raelynn in their life, just sayin’.
I thoroughly enjoyed this book. I’d go as far as to say I’d happily read it again and again. Well done Ms. Graham and thank you.
