This is the final part of a very intriguing series. Full of passion, angst and edge of your seat situations.

Angel and Alex continue their deep passionate love affair after having a short break due to some dangerous situations in the previous books of this series. They are totally consumed by one another to the point that it is very intense and filled with lots of hot sex. Yes! These two love-birds can’t seem to get enough of one another! This all seems to be happy plain sailing, but let’s not forget that in the past, Angel was in danger. As she is a criminal psychologist, she was trying to help put away a criminal. Alex is a total alpha male who will do everything in his power to protect Angel and has continued to employ security to keep her safe.

Things come to a head when there is a disappearance and it is a race against time to keep Angel safe. Even to the point where others are pulled into it. For instance, her best friend and daughter. It seems Swanson, the evil criminal, is one step ahead and Alex is convinced someone is helping him but just doesn’t know who. The turn of events had me on the edge of my seat. I don’t want to give too much away, but there are lots of twists and turns, questions to be answered and will the criminal be apprehended?

I really did enjoy the mystery of the story. It was such a well told story as you felt the connection between Angel and Alex but had this feeling that something was going to come along and burst the bubble.

I loved the ending but of course, I cannot reveal that to you because you really must read it. I’m hoping there might be a side story on a couple of other characters from the trilogy, and maybe a mention about how Alex and Angel are doing as I really loved this couple. However, if that doesn’t happen, I know they got an ending they both deserved.
